I am delighted to welcome Buntingford Civic Society as a founder member of Civic Voice. This is an exciting time for the civic movement and your support will help make the places where everyone lives more attractive, enjoyable and distinctive.

You will find a wealth of information on the benefits from your membership enclosed. These include information about Civic Voice and your rights along with information on the Street Pride campaign and our partnerships with Bluefin insurance, National Trust, NCVO (National Council for Voluntary Organisations) and The Co-operative Bank. A printed receipt for your membership fee will follow and NCVO will be in touch shortly with details of your free membership.

One of the privileges of membership is that you are licensed to use the logo and name of Civic Voice on your letterhead, website, publications, press releases and official representations and benefit from the authority and recognition that comes from saying you are a member. The logo will be available after the launch of Civic Voice on Saturday 17 April and you will be able to download an image to use, subject to normal licensing restrictions. You can say you are a member from today.

We would welcome confirmation of the essential contact details and information about your civic society and it would be very helpful if you could return a copy of the enclosed contact form. You can also download this from http://www.civicvoice.org.uk/membershipforms.html and email it to admin@civicvoice.org.uk . We would also appreciate being sent copies of your member communications, including newsletters, annual reports and electronic bulletins by being added to your email and postal mailing lists.
