High St. Planning

To return to planning for a moment. We would welcome a published policy by EHDC on 'in-filling' applications. The High Street is subject to a rash of applications all of which may help the High Street keep alive but there seems to be no recognition of parking needs or of access by emergency vehicles or even refuse collection. On top of that we see the result of services being provided to the developments across pathways which are disturbed and not returned to their original condition.
